Koh Khai

The natural wonders Koh Khai becomes a symbol of Satun Province. There is a rocky mountain curved like a stone arch that is believed to be a place for a couple. It is believed that if a couple gets to walk through, their love will be everlasting. It is the origin of the name “Eternity of Love Gate”. There is a very hilly expanse of white sand, crystal clear water, many hermit crabs walking by. The Piles of Koh Khai rocky mountain is one of the Satun Geo Marine Parks that is over 400 million years old. During traveling season, most speed boat will pick up from Pak Bara - Koh Lipe and often stop by to experience the beautiful nature on the way.

Travel Note: Koh Khai is a small island that is not far from Tarutao National Marine Park. It is just a scenic point along the way from Pak Bara with no accommodation. You will pass the big island of Tarutao National Marine Park to Koh Khai, then pass Koh Adang before arriving Koh Lipe. Please check the boat tour program before.
