At the end of Satun Thani Road across Buri Wa Nich Road, there is an elegant tower with high gear golden dome decorated with gold mirror from Italy. It is the Mum Bang Mosque, the central mosque in Satun province. It was built since the first governor and later rebuilt into modern architecture. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej had come to open on September 20th, 1982. The inner hall is used for a prayer room inside. The basement and ground floor has a meeting room and a library. This mosque is also used for worship and embodied the spirit of Thai Muslims.
